The Acumatica Financial Suite is cloud ready enterprise resource management (ERP) solution with advanced accounting features that can be accessed from anywhere using a web browser. Mid-sized businesses use it to manage financial data, create invoices, pay vendors, create financial reports, manage inventory, manage cash and currencies, report taxes, prepare budgets, submit expenses, and more.

Unlike pure SaaS solutions, the Financial Suite gives you the choice to switch between SaaS and on-premise deployments as your requirements, regulations, and business needs change.


The Financial Suite includes a General Ledger, Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Currency Management, Tax Management, Cash Management, an Employee Portal, and other modules. The modules in the Financial Suite are integrated with each other and also with the other Acumatica suites to provide all business management functions in a single, integrated system.

The Financial Suite includes customization tools, reporting tools, dashboards, workflow, and file management features to streamline business processes. Detailed access controls ensure that only authorized users can see specific screens, reports, and objects. Web-based customization tools give authorized users the ability to change the appearance, business logic, and database fields associated with their deployment.
