TECSYS Captures Another Contract in Parts Distribution

Continues to Increase its Market Share in Heavy Equipment

MONTREAL, QUEBEC--(Marketwire - June 4, 2008) - TECSYS Inc. (TSX:TCS - News), an industry-leading supply chain management software company announced today that it has won a contract for its warehouse management system with a major dealer in the west central part of the United States to replace an existing system for parts distribution currently installed at the dealer's warehouse operations.

With over 800 employees in fourteen locations throughout its territory, including the 250,000 square-foot headquarter facility on 80 acres of land, the Company is a major heavy equipment dealer that sells, rents and services more than 400 machines and power systems, from truck engines and generator sets to skid steer loaders and excavators to 360-ton mining trucks.

At any given moment in time, this dealer has over 65,000 line items in stock, and some US $25 million invested in inventory. It maintains an extensive list of used parts and components tailored to machines 8 years and older; items such as transmissions, engines, hydraulic cylinders and equalizer bars, as well as new surplus parts and components.

A 5-Star Award recipient for its quality of service to customers, the Company's management needed to move away from their labour-intensive logistics operations and acquire a warehouse management system compatible with its dealership operating environment; that can easily interface with automated material handling devices such as conveyors, automated storage and retrieval systems and carousels. Furthermore, they needed a system that provides clear visibility across their enterprise, particularly real-time visibility in receiving and true perpetual inventory to support their vital customer services operations 24x7.

The Company's management searched, among major Warehouse Management suppliers, and selected TECSYS due to its reputation in this industry, but as importantly, they were convinced of TECSYS' ability to provide tier one support to sustain 24x7 quality service to their clients.
