Tyler Technologies Signs Contracts Worth $1.8 Million to Provide Software to School Districts
DALLAS (AP) -- Tyler Technologies Inc. said Thursday it signed contracts worth roughly $1.8 million with school districts in three states to provide financial management software.
The clients are Park City School District in Park City, Utah, Panama-Buena Vista Union School District in Bakersfield, Calif., and Lamar Consolidated Independent School District in Rosenberg, Texas.
Tyler's software aims to improve the efficiency of clients' business operations, the company said.
Shares fell 94 cents, or 5.9 percent, to $14.92 in afternoon trading.
