Foundation Software Named NorthCoast 99 Winner for 4th Year

NorthCoast 99 Award.
NorthCoast 99 is an annual recognition program that honors “99 great workplaces for top talent in Northeast Ohio.” Developed by the Employers Resource Council (ERC), Northeast Ohio’s leading and largest employers’ association, NorthCoast 99 identifies employers that excel in compensation, benefits, health and safety, training and education, diversity, community service, recruitment and retention, and employee communication. The program also focuses on developing new workplace benchmarks for Northeast Ohio businesses.
