Forbes Names Tyler Technologies One of "America's 200 Best Small Companies"

 
 
DALLAS--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Tyler Technologies, Inc. (NYSE:TYL - News) announced today that it has been named one of America’s 200 Best Small Companies by Forbes Magazine in its annual list. Tyler ranks #64 on the list, which was published in the magazine’s October 29, 2007, issue.

To qualify as a candidate for the “200 Best Small Companies” list, a company must have revenues of $5 million to $750 million and a share price above $5 as of October 1. The criteria used to judge the candidates include return on equity and sustained sales and net profit growth over 12-month and five-year periods, among other measures.
