PeopleSoft and JD Edwards Customers Claim More Than 90 Percent Satisfaction With Oracle(R) Support

 
 
UBS Study Finds That Most PeopleSoft and JD Edwards Customers Do Not Plan to Replace Their Applications and Continue With Oracle Support

ORACLE OPENWORLD, SAN FRANCISCO, Sept. 20 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Oracle (Nasdaq: ORCL - News) today announced that PeopleSoft and JD Edwards customer satisfaction has risen to more than 90 percent since the merger of the companies, according to research from Satmetrix. Since the integration with Oracle® Support, PeopleSoft and JD Edwards customers have experienced up to an 11 percent increase in satisfaction levels of technical and product problem response, resolution, and overall solution effectiveness.

In a separate study, UBS, one of the world's leading financial firms, surveyed 55 CIOs from mostly Fortune 1000 companies to gain a better understanding of technology spending trends in 2005 and beyond. The results indicate that more than 75 percent of PeopleSoft and JD Edwards customers are not looking to switch to other vendor solutions and will continue to renew support with Oracle. UBS claims that this high percentage indicates that customers are satisfied with Oracle's commitment to PeopleSoft applications.
