Geac sells Interrealty for $35 million cash (US)
TORONTO, Oct 3 (Reuters) - Geac (GAC.TO: Quote, Profile, Research) said on Monday it sold its Interrealty division to business information provider First American Corp. (FAF.N: Quote, Profile, Research) for $35 million in cash.
Geac said the purchase price of the Virginia-based company is subject to a post-closing working capital and capital expenditure adjustment. Geac will provide certain transitional services after the close of the transaction.
