Deluxe to Sell PremiumWear, Inc.
ST. PAUL, Minn., Jan. 21 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Deluxe Corporation (NYSE: DLX - News) announced today that it is seeking a buyer for its apparel business. With a history dating back to 1886, PremiumWear, Inc. (formerly Munsingwear®) is a prominent designer and supplier of apparel and accessories to the promotional products and golf industries. Deluxe acquired PremiumWear as part of the New England Business Service, Inc. (NEBS) acquisition in June of 2004.
