2005 Deluxe Knowledge Exchange Expo to Unveil Insight for Orchestrating the Customer Experience
- Expo to Feature Innovative Research, Strategies for Transforming Financial Institutions
ST. PAUL, Minn., April 18 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Financial executives and customer experience experts will reveal innovative insights and strategies to help financial institutions effectively orchestrate the customer experience during Deluxe Financial Services' 2005 Knowledge Exchange Expo, April 20-21 at Disney's Yacht & Beach Club Resort in Lake Buena Vista, Fla. The 2005 Expo features a keynote presentation by Benjamin Zander, acclaimed conductor of the Boston Philharmonic Orchestra. Zander will discuss how a passion for greatness and focused leadership can transform financial institutions. In addition, Joe Calloway, a best-selling business author and consultant, will moderate a session unveiling customer experience research from Deluxe's inaugural Knowledge Exchange Collaborative.
The Knowledge Exchange Collaborative, a unique partnership of 11 financial institution leaders, has spent the past year working with Deluxe business experts and customer experience thought leaders to develop and pilot initiatives that enhance the customer's experience for new financial services customers. The research reveals key factors driving customer loyalty and highlights how consumers define truly exceptional in-branch experiences.
