Passport Software, Inc., Chicago area developer of Passport Business Solutions™(PBS), based on the best-selling RealWorld® accounting software product line, announced today that it has completed the acquisition of Superior Business Solutions, Inc (SBS), developer of SBS 2000, an integrated, full-featured manufacturing software series.
