CGA Online Goes Live In Partnership With ACCPAC

Joint Project of CGA Online and ACCPAC Improves Information Delivery and Services to CGAs, Students, and Public

Pleasanton, Calif. and Vancouver, B.C., Canada - November 15, 2004 - ACCPAC, a Best Software company, and CGA Online Services Corporation have announced today the launch of CGA Online, a new Web-based online system that provides a single source of information and services for Certified General Accountants (CGAs), students in the CGA Program of Professional Studies, and the public.
CGA Online was built through a cooperative effort of ACCPAC and CGA Online Services Corporation using Web infrastructure technology from Computer Associates. The site was designed and implemented by a joint team of ACCPAC and CGA staff.

CGA Online serves a broad range of constituents, including CGAs, students, Association employees and of course, the public. CGA Online provides CGAs with coordinated access to local, regional, national and international content, and web-based services. Through the ACCPAC partnership, CGA Online was built using CleverPath™ Portal software from Computer Associates, using a team of CGA and ACCPAC staff. ACCPAC’s internet-based accounting, business analysis and other business solutions will be made available through the site, accessible to CGA Associations and CGAs.
