System Alerts added to the Assist 2K wholesale distribution / manufacturing accounting software suite
System Alerts: Ultra-backoffice communications. This feature allows ASSIST 2K4 to notify users / customers / vendors when certain inter-application events occur. Such as if a sales order does not ship then notify the salesperson, changing the production order will notify the purchasing agent and so forth. Clients are already dreaming of the system automatically e-mailing or faxing their clients with overdue invoice notices.
