Donald A. Clark Joins CAM's Board of Directors

FOUNTAIN VALLEY, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Dec. 18, 2002--CAM Commerce Solutions (Nasdaq:CADA - News) announced that Donald "Dac" A. Clark, the founder, president and CEO of C&C Companies, which is based in Orange County, Calif. has joined CAM's board of directors.

C&C Companies is a private, diversified apparel marketing and manufacturing company addressing the surf wear market. C&C designs, manufactures, markets and distributes apparel and accessories under the popular Rusty Brand name as well as Sanuk USA.

Prior to founding C&C, Clark built a 32-store chain of retail apparel outlets called Wild West Stores, which he sold to General Mills in 1981. At the time of the sale, the chain's annual sales were more than $50 million.

CAM also announced that Corley Phillips has resigned his position on CAM's board due to time constraints imposed on him from his other business endeavors. Phillips had served on CAM's board of directors since 1996. Clark will be filling the vacancy on the board created by Phillip's departure.
