Axium Announces Release of New Web Based Applications

BEAVERTON, OR April 23, 2003, - Axium, a leading developer of financial management software for architectural, engineering and project-based firms, announces release of two additions to their web based product line, iExpense and iView. The two additions complement their iTime product, a complete web based time tracking application which was released last year.

iExpense adds web based expense entry capabilities to iTime for complete collection of all employee time and expense information. iExpense allows for entry of company credit card and personal expenses and provides reimbursement via Accounts Payable, Payroll or both. It’s extensive “notes” capability ensures complete documentation of all expenses.

“With this solution, all employees regardless of location enter their expenses for centralized tracking and billing,” states Ilene Ingram, Vice President of Research and Development. “The process will make it easy for firms with multiple offices to stay abreast of projects at every location.”

iViewer provides staff with access to reports and other documents via an intranet or web connection. Firms can post reports to a general menu for all to view or create customized menus for each employee.

Axium’s web based applications offer a flexible and secure interface with the ability to work offline when a web connection is unavailable. Time and expense entered while working offline is automatically uploaded at the next connection.
