Axium joins forces with ACEC

Beaverton, Oregon, October 31, 2001 - Axium is pleased to announce that a
marketing agreement has just been signed with the ACEC (American Council of
Engineering Companies) to promote Protrax, Axium's project management and
invoicing software solution. Protrax has been named a "suggested software
solution by the ACEC", which will provide special offers and promotions to
firms that are members of ACEC.

ACEC is the largest national organization of engineers engaged in the
practice of consulting engineering. It is comprised of 51 state and regional
Member Organizations, representing more than 5,800 independent engineering
firms throughout the United States.
