CLARUS SUPERCHARGES LATIN AMERICAN CAPABILITIES SIGNING ALLIANCE WITH iNNERHOST

– Clarus Aligns Its Industry-Leading Technology With Managed Applications Hosting Infrastructure and Support From iNNERHOST –

ATLANTA May 30, 2001 – Clarus Corporation, (NASDAQ: CLRS) today announced an alliance agreement with iNNERHOST, a global provider of complex managed hosting and application services. As part of the new arrangement, iNNERHOST will be a hosting partner for Clarus’ full complement of license-based and subscription-based e-commerce solutions in Latin America.

INNERHOST provides its application hosting services to more than 10,000 clients in Latin America, U.S. and Europe, and recently announced expansion plans for its state-of-the-art data center located in Miami.

Currently, the data center is located in a 100,000 square foot facility that has the capacity to manage approximately 20,000 servers. An additional 26,000 square feet has been identified for future expansion, which also has the capacity to house 20,000 additional servers.
