HOUSTON, TEXAS--(BUSINESS WIRE)--March 13, 2002--AMSI, a division of Geac Computer Corporation Limited (TSE: GAC - news) announced today the release of eSite 3.1, a component of its EVOLUTION Internet application series. eSite is a complete on-site management system which centralizes the activities involved in managing a multifamily real estate community including tracking rental leads, preparing resident applications, collecting rents and distributing property management reports. AMSI currently has over 250,000 units under contract to deploy their EVOLUTION application series, with over 55,000 units running in a product environment currently.

eSite 3.1 includes many significant enhancements including Global Guest Cards, Daily Task Management and Execute Series of Reports. Global Guest Cards allows traffic information to be shared across the owner/manager's entire portfolio and track potential resident needs, price range, current community and desired term. User Tasks now supports the ability to assign individual users tasks across all EVOLUTION applications including eSite, ePO, and eService. The Execute Series of Reports allows end users to group reports together and all the reports tied to that series are able to run with the click of a button. AMSI continues its commitment to providing the direct approach to information technology.
