Drake Software Introduces Secure File Pro
Franklin, NC (December, 2011) - Drake Software will soon unveil another great product, SecureFilePro – a safe and convenient document exchange program that will allow tax professionals to exchange documents such as tax returns and profit and loss statements with their clients from their own secure website. SecureFilePro will launch in January, 2012.
SecureFilePro will provide tax professionals with a customized web address and the ability to brand their site with their own company name and logo. The website will be accessible from any computer with Internet access at any time. Taxpayers will be able to upload documents their tax preparer needs to complete their return, and tax preparers will be able to upload completed tax returns and other documents so they can be reviewed at the taxpayer’s convenience. The number of client accounts will be unlimited with initial storage capacity of up to five gigabytes or approximately 20,000 files. (After the first 5 GB clients may add 5 GM of additional storage at $10 more per month.)
The addition of SecureFilePro is yet another way Drake is helping customers run a truly paperless office, saving them time and money. It’s integrated with Drake’s Document Manager, an electronic storage solution for taxpayer documents and returns, so tax professionals will be able to easily organize files for future access.
