2009 UBCC Client Conference a Great SuccessHands-on labs and productivity training proves invaluable

On September 23 – 25, 2009, UBCC clients from across the nation gathered at the 2009 UBCC Client Conference held at the Bellagio, Las Vegas, NV. “Our conference is unique for a number of reasons. Our clients brought a backup of their UBCC software on a thumbdrive, which allows them to immediately incorporate new productivity techniques from the hands-on lab portion of the conference back into their office, which instantaneously increases productivity when they returned to their practice after attending our conference. Additionally, our sessions and hands-on labs are led by our technical support staff, all of whom are U.S. based, which allows our clients to work more closely with the same people they connect with by telephone during the year, which builds stronger trusted relationships,” said Ken Garen, CPA, Co-founder and President of UBCC.
