UBCC Adds Multiple Enhancements to Their General Ledger and Payroll Software
September 02, 2009 – Taos, N.M. - Universal Business Computing Company (UBCC), the leading provider of high-volume, high-productivity software for accounting and payroll professionals, today announces the addition of multiple enhancements to their General Ledger and Payroll software.
The multiple enhancements to UBCC General Ledger and Payroll software include:
· Merge General Ledger Accounts Feature, allows the accountant to easily roll up one active account (with balances, budgets and history) into another active account, eliminating any chart of accounts that are no longer being used which speeds workflow and produces cleaner financial statements;
· Easily Renumber General Ledger Accounts (with balances, budgets and history) allowing the accountant to effortlessly transform chart of accounts to match current reality without any rekeying of data;
· Outbound E-mail Signature Functions for eStatements, eReports, and eStubs allow single or multiple signatures to be applied automatically to outbound documents;
· Increased Printing Flexibility by adding an optional soft MICR font that was previously available only in add-on memory chips. This enhancement eliminates the need for clients to use only Hewlett Packard printers when printing with plain toner, allowing for more smooth offsite printing capabilities;
· Check Distribution and Journal Entry Audit Trail feature in the bank reconciliation detail screen which shows the journal and sequence number that the distributions originated from. making it far easier to modify or deleted them;
· Automatic E-mailing of Client Reports Feature, allowing clients to attach PDF, CSV and Excel files automatically to outbound e-mails to clients; which have been engineered to run automatically through the batch queue process, making the delivery of the reports truly hands-off.
