Blytheco Acquires MAS Practice From BDO Seidman’s Synergistic Software Solutions
Laguna Hills, California – August 14, 2009 – Leading Sage Software business partner Blytheco, LLC is pleased to announce that effective August 14, 2009, Blytheco has acquired the MAS 90, MAS 200 and MAS 500 products and professional services practice of Synergistic Software Solutions’ (“Synergistic”), a wholly-owned subsidiary of BDO Seidman, LLP. Their client base now officially falls under the Blytheco, LLC umbrella. The transaction will further strengthen Blytheco’s sales and professional services practice in the upper Midwest region and expand the firm’s national presence.
Synergistic has served Sage users for over 25 years, specializing in manufacturing and distribution solutions. Top members of their staff will also join the Blytheco team. Synergistic will retain and maintain the JobOps application and related development as well as the support practice for JobOps.
