Walker Machinery Co., an authorized dealer of Caterpillar Equipment with 9 locations in Ohio and West Virginia, has selected TECSYS' Warehouse Management System (WMS) to streamline their parts distribution operations and improve service to their customers.

Founded in 1950, C. I. Walker Machinery Co., a third-generation, family-owned company, provides quality Caterpillar equipment and services, backed by its 750 highly-trained and dedicated employees that help make Walker virtually synonymous with Caterpillar. Walker needed to do more with less; reduce expenses, operate more efficiently with the same number of people, and significantly improve utilization of current warehouse space. They also needed to increase their fill rate and order accuracy and improve their organization's bottom line. Following visits to Milton CAT and Cleveland Brothers, both of which are existing TECSYS customers, Walker Machinery decided in favor of TECSYS.
