Tyler Technologies signs new contractsDallas Business Journal
Tyler Technologies, Inc. said Monday that it has signed contracts to implement its municipal court case management product at courts in the City of Birmingham, Ala., and St. Louis County, Mo.
Together, the agreements are valued at nearly $1.6 million and include software licenses, professional services, maintenance and support.
Tyler will use its court case management product to manage municipal court cases and document processing.
Renee Hines-Tyce, court administrator for St. Louis County, said Tyler's management program will replace many of the municipal court's paper-oriented processes with e-forms and document imaging, increasing accuracy and timeliness of information provided by the courts.
Bettye M. King, court administrator for Birmingham Municipal Court, said the Tyler product will replace the city’s legacy system, which requires extensive data entry and a programmer to make changes.
Based in Dallas, Tyler Technologies (NYSE: TYL) provides information management and services for local governments.
