If you are trying to delete the item from the Inventory Maintenance screen, you will have a hard time. Try using the Inventory Utilities under the Inventory Setup folder. This will delete the item from all folders in the MAS 90 System. Be sure to make a full backup of your system and save it. You also can make a copy of the company using the SVDATA command prior to deleting. - Nick
