My fine computer guru here has found a solution that works on both our Windows 2000 and Windows XP computers that had this problem. I had printed all the info I could find on it and he came up with the following:
In the WINNT folder is a folder called SYSTEM32. In this folder is a file call config.nt. If you modify this file by putting files=250 on the last line, your order entry program should run fine.
