Save your self the aggravation of customization. Just create a BOM with the unfilled pillow as a sub-component. This would then require two jobs for each FG 12345ABC.

12345
PPP polyester fill
12345
XXX front fabric
BBB back fabric
TTT trim
LLL label
The set the EBQ (if MAS90 supports EBQ) of 12345 to 1000, so every time you order 12345ABC it would create jobs for the 12345 in multiples of 1000 or adjust as needed. SO you then build stock for the 12345 till is needed for 12345ABC.
