Typically one does not move back from MAS90 to QB. QB exports into an IIF format, but it can be read by Excel. You can try to create one or 2 files in QB and export them and look at their format in Excel. Then, export the data from MAS90 into a similar format, copying fields exactly as they are in QB. Then import. I never tried this, but having done this sort of thing in other packages, it should work. Try it on just a few files at first to get the hang of it. Why are you moving away from MAS90? I can be contracted to give this data exchange a whirl if you want. Wally Kassebaum Covenant Systems
