I purchased a quickbooks program quite some time ago. As I only make maybe 50 entries a year, I have never upgraded. This great little program has been on a number of my computers over the years.
I lost my hard drive a few months ago and yesterday decided to re-install my quickbooks. Guess what my customer number is no longer valid.
Quickbooks attitude - tough luck = buy another program,
What kind of deal is this. It's not like the program won't work in my computer. Why should I have to spend $200 - I already spent over $100 a few years ago!!
I've posted 7 pages to the internet and have friends preparing pages for the search engines about this shabby customer service.
