To preserve the database history backup your current application database. Then restore that backup with a new name. Launch Solomon with new application database. Close your fiscal year and change periods in GL setup to calendar year. Enter GL entries for beginning balances. For example if your fiscal year ends in September you will have a short year for Oct-Dec. If you need additional assistance please email me at cwoods@accu.com
