I just had the same problem. Computer completely froze up on Friday...right before I was going to do W-2s and then the first payroll of the year. Go to peachtree.com and sign up for the PASSPORT (this is their Q & A). Go to online support. Select OWP from the pull down menu and type in rt32w in the search. A page comes up with two solutions on it. The first did not work for me but the second didn't. GOOD LUCK!
