Version 4 is a major upgrade from 3.7. My answer is... it depends! The outcome will depend on the skill of your IT department (if you have one), your BEST partner, and any 3rd party integrations. Most of the upgrades that we perform run between 20-40 hours of consulting time..depending upon the aforementioned factors. You wil like the new version (actually 4.05 is out now and is an easy update once you are on 4.0. I would strongly recommend you work with a business partner on this one!
