Tried that and still got the same error. What else can I try? Any ideas? Is that all you enter " accpac\runtime" example: J\accpac\runtime is what I entered on the

system exactly how it was posted but still did not work. J is our network drive.
Please help need to use ACCPAC asap. We have ACCPAC Advantage Series System manager 5.0A Enterprise Edition..
