I was wondering if you have gotten an answer to this problem. We have 12 companies to back up! Every time I put in a flash drive OWP basically won't operate. I either have to close OWP or eject the disk. The few times it did work together it would only allow 1 company and erased everything off the flash drive too. I had thought about getting an external hard drive to do back ups but fear it will not allow folders there either. The floppy disks haven't been backed up in years and I do not trust them or know that you can even purchase them anymore. My next thought is to purchase a dvd writer as there is not one and put on cd's. I am stepping into this position hoping to convert to quick books if I can get the data backed up.
