We pretty much do the same. You do not need an accountant who knows OWP. I send my accountant a trial balance at the end of the year and he works from there with just a few questions for inventory etc. After he sends me back the adjusted trial balance which he uses to prepare our tax returns, we then copy the adjustments in general entries save and purge old data and we are ready for a new year. We do 30 employees payroll on OWP, easy as eatring pie..
