I have been running version 8.0 for sometime now and all of a sudden, when I am posting cash receipts, cash sales, the systems will not allow me to enter new entries. It goes all the way back to 2004 and when I hit new, it just goes blank. I used to input my sales tickets in to cash sales and receipts,but it started doing it there, then I switched to just cash sales, a little more tricky for tracking but doable. Then last night, I was on the last 20 invoices when all of a sudden it went to february 2004 and wouldn't let me input anything else. I know all the info is there, I looked at the general ledger and a the bank deposits, but I cannot access it.
How much will you charge me to give me some guidance, ANYTHING WOULD BE BETTER THAN WHAT I'VE GOT RIGHT NOW, WHICH IS A MESS. ;-)
