ACCPAC does not have the ability to add a department and have it automatically associated with each account. HOWEVER, you can export your chart to excel, update the department, then import back into the ledger. This gives you more control because only the accounts you wish will have departments and its easy to do. This process can also be automated. Feel free to contact me by e-mail for more information
