I have considerable experience with troubleshooting ACCPAC Advantage. The error that you are describing are common and are the symptom of one of 2 things:
1) ACCPAC Service Packs not up to date
2) Inconsistence between where ACCPAC is installed on the server and what the registry on the workstation points to
