no, not prior to closing that year. I got a new laptop to start the year and transferred Onewrite and didn't set up a backup method prior to the end of that year. When i tried to do the first payroll of the next year the window kept coming up saying to close the year. I panic'd that I had to do payroll that day so i closed it without checking my manual. Not realizing, I wouldnt be able to open it again. I set up a GigaBank backup but it was after I had closed the year, so my back up probably contains it as "closed".
