We are a bookkeeping service and have a client that has experienced the same problem as outlined above. The client ran a trial balance and was out of balance. I recall this happening in the 90's when we were actively using one write plus but we forgot how to fix the problem. We recall that the fix was a one sided journal entry. Can you please help us? Would much appreciate any help. Thank you
