It sounds like the files in C:\accpac have been damaged.
If ACCPAC does not find the specific ezstrtlt.ld4 and ezuserop.ld4 in the specified directory C:\accpac, it will use the ones in the ASP folder. You can copy files from the ASP folder to the C:\accpac folder, then start ACCPAC again. You will then have to edit things if they are different.
When you set up a shortcut, you can define how memory is to be used.
