It depends on how many users, what is your current software, but I can tell you a ruff estimate for a 5 user license with everything you listed would be around $15-$20,000 for Mas90, and then add another $10000 for sales logic w/dyna link. This is a very ruff estimate, if you would ike an actual estimate I would be happy to quote you.
