When attempting to start OWP 8.02, it often gets stuck on the title screen. I cannot control-alt-delete to close because it doesn't even show the program as running. I can continue to open and operate other programs, as I am now doing, but OWP never opens to the main screen. The only thing I have found is to restart my computer, which then closes OWP after which I can open OWP one time without a problem. Sadly, after I open and then close OWP once, to open again, I must restart my computer. Still works, just a hassle. Any help?
