Accpac is not compatable with QuikBooks - possibly you can use the import\export features of each program to transfer data.
The path to the Accpac data is based on how the program was installed. The default for a single user (non-networked) installation is C:\Program Files\Accpac, but this can be changed during the installation.
The same is true for the databases, the default would be C:\Program Files\Accpac\Data.
Accpac is a modular system, to each module (General Ledger\Accounts Payable\Accounts Receivable\Inventory\Order Entry\Purchase Order\Payroll\etc) will have an individual folder that will also indicate the version in use (ie GL55A = version 5.5 General Ledger).
If you look into the folder where the database is loaded (again the default is C:\Program Files\Accpac\Data\xxxxxx (where xxxxxx is the name of your database) there will be many files (and tables) that start with the first two letters of the modules in use (GL\AP\AR\OE\PO\IC\etc) - these files (tables) contain the data. For inforamtion as to what each of these tables represent, look in the DOCs folder of your setup, or contact your Accpac Business Partner.
When you use the export option from Accpac, you can export into any folder you wish by using the Browse function to see your C drive or any other drive you have acces to. The extension of the file you export will be determined by the format you select to use for export (xls=excel; csv=comma separated; or several formats available.).
