I can't imagine why you would want to go backwards from Yardi to Quickbooks. If you are in Dos then you should look at the new Yardi Genesis, pricing is great and really feature packed.
IF you are in Windows you can send database info to excel via an on screen report. Then save as .csv file and use that to import to any other program. I don't know if Quickbooks has an import capability or mapping for that matter but this is the methodology none the less.
