I don't know what utility you are referring to - if it is just one user, then it must be her profile or permissions - is she the local administrator of her workstation? If not, she should be. Also, you haven't provided much information as to your Accpac setting, such as : what database engine are you using (MS SQL ; Pervasive SQL ; etc) ; are the programs and data all being run from the server or are the programs installed on the individual workstations ; what service packs are installed ; how many Accpac user licenses do you have ; are you using a remote connection or a lan ; plus anything else you can think of that may be unique to your installation.
Highly suggest you obtain the services of an Accpac Certified Consultant near you at
