I apologize for managing to post exactly the same message 3 times - each time I clicked the board complained "unknown forum", and it was only after going back and trying to figure out what was going on that I saw it had been posted three times. For some reason, his message board offers no opportunity to edit or delete a post.
The PlusCommunity support forums are going strong (and are independent of Softrak BTW). They can be seen at: http://www.pluscommunity.com/ubbthreads/ubbthreads.php if you'd like to take part. Perhaps you have bookmarked an old URL? Certainly the quality of support on that forum, whether for ACCPAC Plus or ACCPAC for Windows is very strong.
Whether or not you are aware of the details of Adagio, you are certainly aware of its existence and the benefits it offers to ACCPAC Plus users - as we have been in touch with you about this specifically in the past. I'd be happy to give you a guided tour anytime as well, and show you the soft year end and unlimited history in the general ledger.
I agree that this forum is designed to provide support and assistance - it is not a sales forum. However, a user running DOS software in 2008 must begin to look for alternatives before all of us who remember anything about ACCPAC Plus are dead.
