This does not seem to be a question about Accpac, but about any type of data.
If it is about Accpac DOS, then there is a function in each module (AR AP etc) that lets you Purge History up to a certain point.
If you are asking about all data, then I don't know of a way to selectively pick files by dates for all folders on the server to do the purge for.
I am not a hardware person, so perhaps you sould contact one.
