Dear Steve,
I have this huge problem to solve at work. My manager wants me to destroy all the files and date which are dated before the recent 7 years. I was recommended to use file shredder, which deletes all files from the computer. However, my manager is worried that the server will still have data which is restorable with some IT experts' help. Please advise on what I can do to permanently destroy all private data from the server. If I cannot do that, I will have to lug the whole server back to my headoffice to destroy the server and replace a new one.
