Hello Jason,

Are you using the ACCPAC Sales Analysis, or Softrak Sales Analysis module (look for the file SRTRANS in the data space or press F3 - List Versions in the System Manager)? You need to turn the interface to Softrak Sales Analysis "on" in the CounterSales Company Profile.

You would get a faster answer to your ACCPAC Plus questions in the moderated forums of PlusCommunity. 

BTW - have you looked at Adagio (http://www.adagio-by-softrak.com) to replace ACCPAC Plus when the time comes?
