After some issues with posting in Counter Sales a few months back, i had to do a reinstall of the Counter Sales module in ACCPAC plus for DOS Windowing System Manager. After reinstalling, everything appeared to be normal and the import of data and the post went smoothly, However when my client tries to retrieve data from countersales in the Sales Analysis module they get an error stating that no records were selected. I know for sure that the data is there as we can see it in the countersales module, but for some reason it cannot be seen by the Sales Analysis module. I am not too familiar with the software and i am just learning as i go along. So is there some step i may have missed in the reinstall that could be causing this. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.
